Linda Hendler takes semi-precious stones and unusual beads and combines them with tribal pieces of ornament from around the world. She might use a fossil of an ancient sea snail, or a silver ornament that originally adorned a bride’s headdress in Tibet, hundreds of years ago.
She has traveled extensively to acquire Tuareg silver crosses from the Northern Sahara or silver dragons from China. The objects she uses in her necklaces are authentic; the Roman coin 2000 years old. These objects are strung together with a passion for color and texture which ensures unique style and many compliments for the wearer.
